The Aviva sales team are responsible for the development and delivery of sales for Aviva in the Intermediary and Corporate markets.

The marketing team look after the acquisition and retention strategies, product strategy and member benefit development for the Health insurance business. We also manage the consumer direct and web channels.

Lisa Morris - Intermediary Sales Manager

Lisa is responsible for generating sales through our Intermediary channel. Together with her team they take responsibility for recruiting, training and supporting all Intermediaries that hold an agency with Aviva.

Michelle Keogh - Business Development Manager

Michelle's role in Aviva is to develop new business contacts and manage existing business secured. Michelle provides corporate healthcare solutions to corporate and SME clients and maintains day to day contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Damien Walsh - Business Development Manager

Damien's role in Aviva is to develop new business contacts and manage existing business secured. Damien provides corporate healthcare solutions to corporate and SME clients and maintains day to day contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Gavin Greaney - Business Development Manager

Gavin's role in Aviva is to develop new business contacts and manage existing business secured. Gavin maintains day to day contact with clients and focuses mainly on SME sectors.

Nikki O'Toole - Intermediary Sales Administrator

Nikki's responsibilities include looking after the administration for our intermediary sales team. She handles the day to day queries from our customers and brokers. She also helps set up new customers as Aviva intermediaries.

Emma Jane Hurley - Intermediary Sales Executive

Emma's role is to develop sales through our existing intermediary base and to manage the day to day relationships. She travels country-wide to meet with appointed intermediaries and to train their staff on Aviva products.
She also assists the sales and marketing teams within Aviva with campaigns to develop new opportunities for sales through this channel.

Audrey Kelly - Intermediary Sales Executive

Audrey works closely with master agent 'Benchmark Underwriting Ltd'. She is responsible for targeting and developing new sales and also managing the day to the day activities with this channel of brokers.

Sharleen McGrath - Intermediary Relationship Manager

As Intermediary Relationship Manager, Sharleen's role involves driving sales through our indirect sales channels.

David Connolly - Manager of Strategic Partnerships

David has 10 years sales and marketing experience and previously held the position of Corporate Marketing Manager with VIVAS Health before promoted to the sales team in Aviva. David and his team are responsible for managing the relationship between Aviva and our strategic distribution partners. David’s team provide health insurance expertise to our strategic partners that allow them to sell successfully into the individual, affinity and corporate market.

Alan Kavanagh - Executive Sales Manager

Alan is responsible for growing, managing and developing both new and existing Health Insurance business through Aviva’s intermediary channel.
Alan and his team of account managers will provide support, training, development and Health Insurance expertise to enable intermediaries to sell successfully to their client base.
Alan has worked in Financial Services for 20 years and has held management positions for 10 years. He previously worked in Senior Management positions in both KBC Bank where he worked in the intermediary market and Aviva General Insurance .
 

Anne Lawlor – Corporate Sales Manager

Anne has over 10 years sales experience in the corporate environment and has held management positions within the office supplies and healthcare markets. She is responsible for a team of Business Development Managers who develop new business contacts and manage existing business secured. The team provides corporate healthcare solutions to clients, the implementation of Aviva group schemes and the overall account management of Aviva's corporate and SME clients.

Anne was awarded a Masters in Business Administration ( First Class Hons.) in 2008.

Gavin Greaney – Business Development Manager

Gavin's role in Aviva is to develop new business contacts and manage existing business secured. Gavin maintains day to day contact with clients and focuses mainly on SME sectors.

Joyce Kellett - Intermediary Sales Executive

Joyce’s role is to develop business through our intermediary channel and to manage the day to day relationships as well as provide support and training.

Eoin O'Neills - Sales Director

Eoin’s career with the Aviva Group spans 20 years. His career began as a broker sales consultant with Norwich Union working out of the Dublin branch office. He later became Key Account Manager working with the large investment houses in the Irish market. In 2000 Eoin became Executive Manager Distribution Development with Hibernian Life working with Intermediaries and Financial Institutions. In 2006, following the Joint Venture announcement between Hibernian Life & Pensions and the AIB Group Eoin worked as Executive Manager AIB Distribution.

In his new role as Sales Director Aviva, reporting to Jim Dowdall, Eoin is responsible for creating the sales drive required to realise the considerable growth ambitions of the company. Eoin will oversee the rollout of a unique sales organisation consisting of the internal healthcare sales team, complimented by the sales capacity of Aviva’s Life and General Insurance Company.

Liz McNamara - Product Development Manager

Liz is responsible for managing Health Insurance plans with Aviva to make sure we continue to meet our customer's healthcare needs now and in the future. Together with her team, she is continuously looking for ways to improve the health insurance plans through innovation in product and member benefit development making Aviva the company that provides you with better healthcare, great service and value for money.

Yvonne Conaty - Customer Retention & Communications Executive

Yvonne is responsible for the development and delivery of effective communications to our customers with the overall purpose of building and maintaining Aviva’s strong relationship with its customers.

Amy Rowe - Marketing Executive

Andrea Walsh - Marketing Manager

Andrea is responsible for developing and managing campaigns with our intermediary partners, a core distribution channel for Aviva. As the only company to actively support intermediaries selling health insurance, Andrea and her team work with a panel of brokers and financial advisors to grow their businesses through the provision of health insurance advice to their individual and corporate customers.

Caroline Cruise - Marketing Manager

Caroline is responsible for all aspects of Aviva's online environment such as web development, e-marketing and online communications. Caroline's role is to ensure that our customer's online experience is second to none.

Ellie Byrne - Marketing Executive

Ellie has worked within Aviva for the past 3 years. In her current role as Corporate Marketing Executive, Ellie looks after marketing requirements for Tier 1 and Corporate schemes.

Ger Brady - Marketing Assiatant

Ger has worked for Aviva for over 3 years. He works as part of the intermediary marketing team. Ger's responsibilities include developing materials for the intermediary panel to promote their health agency with Aviva.

Gosia Remi - Marketing Research Executive

Gosia is responsible for overall market research activities (field and desk) in the health business. This includes management and execution of all stages of field projects conducted internally and the responsibility for delivery of projects commissioned to the research agencies. Desk research focuses on the analysis of trends in health the insurance industry, healthcare and consumer behaviours both nationally and internationally.

Karen Tiernan - Marketing Assistant

Karen works as part of the member benefits and web team. Karen is responsible for developing product materials and ongoing development of the website.

Sarah Jennings - Marketing Executive

Sarah is responsible for developing marketing campaigns for the Corporate Direct Channel. Sarah's role is to ensure clear communication of corporate healthcare solutions and product developments to Aviva's corporate clients.

Vanessa Hartley - Marketing Director

Vanessa Hartley leads the Marketing and Product Strategy team for the Health Insurance division of Aviva. Vanessa's responsibility is to ensure that the Health Insurance from Aviva's customer promise of "Better Healthcare for less" is realised across our channel and product strategy. Joining Aviva in December 2008, Vanessa has held numerous senior product and marketing positions across the retail banking and telecommunications sectors and loves being part of Europe's fastest growing Health insurer.

Wendy Jennings - Marketing Manager

Wendy manages the relationships with Aviva's strategic business partners and is responsible for providing  best in class marketing support and innovation to enable these partners to deliver our range of health insurance products to their customers. Wendy also manages our PR programme across all channels.

Ruth Bailey - Marketing Manager

As Consumer Marketing Manager, Ruth has responsibility for the overall delivery of consumer direct business by driving innovation and engaging acquisition campaigns as well as delivering the retention programme for the direct individual channel. Ruth and her team drive campaign led sales delivery for the consumer direct channel as well as working with the communications team to develop and deliver the health advertising campaign. 

Yvonne Lucas - Customer Retenton & Planning Manager

Yvonne oversees our customer retention strategy and customer relationship management, and is also responsible for marketing planning.
