Management and Finance
The Finance team are responsible for driving the organisational strategy of Aviva as well as product design, pricing, reserving and reinsurance.
Sales & Marketing
The Aviva sales team are responsible for the development and delivery of sales for Aviva in the Intermediary and Corporate markets.
The marketing team look after the acquisition and retention strategies, product strategy and member benefit development for the Health insurance business. We also manage the consumer direct and web channels.
Operations
The operations team is responsible for strategic technology, corporate solutions, web enabled solutions, customer service centre, business analysis and claims management.
Legal, HR & Provider Management
The provider team are responsible for all aspects of our health service providers including contract negotiation, service level agreements, registration of health professionals as well as approval for new medical facilities, new medical procedures and new drugs.
