The 'help' section is designed to provide you with information you may need to refer to as a health member with Aviva. Regularly throughout the Aviva website and on our printed information we refer to various lists which can be found here in the 'help' section.

The lists relate to the cover that is provided under your plan and your level of cover. They also outline the limits specified for particular treatments and procedures for example: Special procedures in a high tech hospital.

We have also included downloadable versions of all our brochures and handbooks and a glossary of terms to help you with some of the tricky insurance terminology.

There is a section that outlines hospital and convalescence homes covered by health insurance plans with Aviva and FAQ's on various areas.
